Yannick Alléno is the master who oversees the cuisines of the Pavillon Ledoyen. This historical mansion, situated on the most beautiful avenue of the world, (Carré des Champs-Elysées) hosts the restaurant of Yannick Alléno, Ledoyen. Behind the astonishing building from Napoléon III, we discovered first hand the refined and modern cuisine of this extraordinary chef. From the moment we walked over on a perfect spring afternoon, hand in hand, soaking in the Paris romance and warm air we knew we were about to experience a sensory taste sensation. Of course, it helps Ledoyen is a 3 STAR Michelin restaurant, Chef Alléno is charming, the restaurant is beautiful, our servers made us feel so comfortable and were so patient when we asked questions, so you can just say we felt so special. We experienced the 3 course pre-fixe with wine pairings.  It was beyond sensational and we cannot wait to return for lunch and dinner on our next visit to Paris. Thank you Ledoyen.

We were honored to meet Chef Yannick Alléno

We can’t decide what to order?

Our first course. We also had wine pairings, thanks to our kind sommelier.

Chicken poached in milk with morels. This was incredible.

The first of many sweets. This was our official dessert.
